Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires fourteen days after you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Slavic Focus Athlete, Alexander Li, Albert-Einstein-Straße 1, 95028 Hof, Germany, email: support@slavicfocus-athlete.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post) or by using the withdrawal function on our website: www.slavicfocus-athlete.com/pages/withdraw-from-contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Digital content (eBooks)
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires once we have started the performance of the contract, after you have expressly consented to this before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary return policy: you can return items within 30 days of delivery. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
How to return an item
1. Email us at support@slavicfocus-athlete.com with your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We will send you the return instructions.
3. Send the items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Bundles can only be returned in full.
Refunds
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we will refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days to appear.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Simply return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, email us at support@slavicfocus-athlete.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and you will not pay any return costs.
